I am a well established celebrant, gaining my certificate with The Fellowship of Professional Celebrants in 2015.
I provide a professional yet personal service. From an initial meeting to the confetti shot I am on Team Wedding! A naturally empathetic person, working with couples on their wedding really is my ideal "job". My 5* reviews often highlight how well I connect with my couples, becoming more of a friend than a supplier.
After getting to know you, I research ideas for your ceremony and tailor them to you - to your ideals, your beliefs, your dreams. Readings, music, symbolism all to make your ceremony unique. Some you'll discard, others you'll love and those you choose will be expertly woven into your perfect ceremony.
On your big day I will be at the venue in plenty of time to ensure that all things ceremony are in place so that you can both relax and enjoy the occasion. And we will have crafted a ceremony full of emotion - some laughter and maybe some tears - that your guests will remember and talk about for years to come.
My ceremonies have included things like handfasting, wine ceremonies (and once a beer ceremony!) and the Hindu ritual of Sapthapadi. Hand blessing, unity candles and dog ring bearers. All well researched and tailored to suit each couple.
I have been lucky enough to work in some wonderful venues across The Cotswolds. Beautiful rustic barns, boutique hotels, stunning woodland and countryside. I could never pick a favourite. I also have a ceremony bucket list. If you want any of these, well that'd be a dream come true for me, too. A ceremony on International Dawn Chorus Day? Alpacas as ring bearers? A ceremony in a castle ruin? Or a chateau in The Dordogne (I have accommodation for this sorted!)
